How should I pick the thickness of my wetsuit?Updated a year ago
Basically, you need to consider where you'll be in the water and what the water/air temps are like. If you're hitting up warm tropical vibes, you can go for a thinner suit, like around 2-3 millimeters. But if you're tackling colder waters, especially in winter, you'll wanna beef it up with something thicker, like 4/3 millimeters or even more. Warmth in a wetsuit is also determined by its inside lining and type (e.g. you can also go for short sleeves or legs). Simply research your destination and use the filters on our wetsuit overview to get the right recommendation. Please also note that warmth is also perceived differently by everyone, so keep your personal preferences in mind!
